UPCOMING WORKSHOPS

This page is where you’ll find upcoming Activate & Elevate workshops created around specific topics, questions, and experiences. Workshops may explore movement, nervous-system function, pelvic floor health, intimacy, body awareness, and other areas that connect the body, mind, and the way we move through the world. Each workshop is designed to be practical, experiential, and grounded in real life.

Release Your Kink

Got a little kink you need to work out? 😏 Join us at Studieaux Heaux for Release Your Kink, a completely FREE workshop with pelvic health specialist Dr. Kelsey Stegall exploring the connection between your nervous system, pelvic floor, tension, and movement. We’ll learn simple pelvic floor awareness and coordination techniques, practice exercises you can actually use, and then put it all together with a fun beginner-friendly twerk session—because obviously we’re not spending an afternoon talking about your pelvic floor without shaking your ass.

Feeling Yourself: A Be Activated Workshop on Nervous System Safety, Sensuality and Connection

Feeling Yourself is a Be Activated workshop exploring intimacy, sensuality, and sexuality through the lens of nervous system regulation. Through honest conversation, breath work, embodiment practices, and Be Activated concepts, we’ll look at how stress, shutdown, performance, and disconnection can shape the way we experience our bodies, pleasure, connection, and self-trust—and what becomes possible when the body feels safe enough to feel.

Colleen

"Just had an amazing "Be Activated" session with Susan.  Its a New-to-me therapy that works on the tensegirty model/fascial chain theory that everything is connected physically.  This method goes one step further to add the concept of emotional release and stored trauma in the body.  We worked remote (my preference) as I am not a fan of being touched.  We went through some of the activations in a self-release way and used the body weight squat as a measure. I can absolutely say that my squat (which is limited from a moterocycle accident) improved significantly and I felt better.  Giddy even.  I told her that I felt like I was at Disney (which is one of my happy places).  Afterwards, I wanted to move a little and dance to a song that made me feel happy."
